We went to the Cougar Kickoff in Provo tonight and the boys had a great time. On the way in Bronco Mendenhall (the head coach) was just leaving and gave Jeffrey a big high five. He thought that was so cool! All of the fall sports were there so they got to hang out with the girls soccer team and kick some goals. They played volleyball, ran an obstacle course for track, and of course football was the highlight of the night. They got this years team poster and ran around all night getting the players to sign them. I was really impressed with all of the players too, they were so friendly to the boys and more than willing to sign their posters and pose for pictures. Reno Mahe was especially nice. Jeffrey walked up to him and said, "Hey Reno, can my brother and I get a picture with you, dude?" He laughed and told them they had to wait for a second so he could run and get his sunglasses so they could all look cool in the picture. What a cool guy! The whole night was just really fun. Jeff and I love BYU and it is so fun to see that our boys are turning into big fans too. Not that we have any influence on that :)
